Account: your email address and an encrypted (hashed) password;
Content: the prompts, reference images you upload, and the media you generate;
Transactions: your credit purchase history (amount, date, payment identifier);
Technical data: connection logs and minimal information necessary for the operation and security of the service.

We do not collect your banking details: these are processed directly by our payment provider.

Provide and manage your account and the service's features;
Process your credit purchases and credit your account;
Send you emails related to your account and purchases;
Ensure security, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms;

3. Third-party providers

AI generation provider: prompts and reference images are transmitted to our AI infrastructure provider to produce the requested content;

We only use cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the service: a session cookie (to keep you logged in) and a language preference cookie. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Data retention

Your account data and content are retained as long as your account is active. Generated media remain available in your history until you delete them or your account is closed. Transaction data is retained for the period required by accounting and legal obligations.

6. Security

Passwords are stored in hashed form. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, no transmission over the Internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

In accordance with applicable regulations (in particular the GDPR if you reside in the European Union), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, as well as the right to object to its processing. 8. Sensitive content

Given the adult nature of the Service, the content you generate is particularly sensitive. It is associated with your account and is not publicly shared by us. We recommend that you protect your login credentials.

9. Minors

The Service is prohibited for minors. We do not knowingly collect data concerning minors. If we learn that an account was created by a minor, it will be deleted.
